She added that he is aware that challenges exist in primary schools, so he will continue to improve primary school infrastructure including adding classrooms and furniture . “The challenge is in primary schools, we started to put in this UVIKO19 funding where we have invested very well in participatory schools, but you also know that there are levy funds that we collect every month and we continue to build classrooms at primary level,” added President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
